# License agreement (public offer) for the Market Oracle API Published at https://market-oracle.pro. English translation for convenience. If this text differs from the Russian public offer, **the Russian text prevails**: https://market-oracle.pro/ru/docs/license.md This document is a public offer under Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and a license agreement for the service. Acceptance: requesting an API key, paying for a plan, and/or actually using the API. Licensor (Provider): Limited Liability Company UFAMAG / ООО «УфаМаг» (the Licensor). Licensee (Customer): a person who received an API key `mo_…` or otherwise uses the service (the Licensee). If you disagree — do not register a key, do not pay, and do not use the API. The Licensor grants the Licensee a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Market Oracle API (the API, the service) within the chosen plan (Free / Basic / Pro) and the limits published on the site and in the documentation. 1.2. The API supplies market data and derived metrics. The Licensor does not open trades, does not manage accounts, and is not a broker, forex dealer, or investment adviser. 1.3. The service is delivered remotely in electronic form. No physical goods are shipped. ## 2. Access key and electronic delivery 2.1. API access uses a personal key (`mo_…`). The key is emailed after email confirmation (Free) or after payment is confirmed (paid plans). 2.2. Geography: remote only; no pickup points or courier. There is no charge for shipping physical goods — there are none. 2.3. Access time: Free — after email confirmation (usually within minutes if mail is delivered); paid plans — after the bank credits the payment. 2.4. The key is confidential. Do not publish it in public repositories or client-side JavaScript, or share it except with systems you control. 2.5. At most five active Free keys per email, unless the site states otherwise. 2.6. The Licensor may revoke a key for breach, abuse of limits, suspected compromise, or as required by law. ## 3. Plans and prices 3.1. Free is provided at no charge so you can try the API. 3.2. Paid plans Basic and Pro. Current prices are on the homepage **in Russian rubles** per calendar month (and the chosen renewal period). Prices may change; the price published at the moment of payment applies. 3.3. Symbols, request limits, node availability, and API fields may change. Current terms are on the site and in the docs (`/docs`, `agents.md`). ## 4. Payment 4.1. Paid plans are billed in Russian rubles via internet acquiring. We accept **Russian-issued** bank cards of **MIR**, **Visa**, and **Mastercard** (cards issued by banks of the Russian Federation). Cards of foreign banks are not accepted. **SBP** (Faster Payments System) is also available. 4.2. To pay by card, choose a plan and payment method, open the bank payment page, and enter the card number, expiry, and CVC2/CVV2. If the card uses 3-D Secure, you will be redirected to the issuing bank to confirm. 4.3. Card payments go through the bank’s protected gateway under PCI DSS. Data is encrypted (SSL/TLS). Market Oracle does not store card details. 4.4. Until acquiring is enabled on the site, card payment may be temporarily unavailable; the pricing page shows the current status. ## 5. Cancellation and refunds 5.1. Under the Russian Law on Consumer Protection, the Licensee may terminate the service contract at any time. Services already provided (the elapsed paid access period) remain payable. 5.2. If quality does not match this agreement, the Licensor will, on request, remedy defects at no charge or reduce the price proportionally. 5.3. Defects may be reported within the statutory period (if there is no special warranty — within a reasonable time, not later than two years). 5.4. Cancellation and refund requests: support@market-oracle.pro (subject: “Refund”). Include the email used for the key, the `mo_…` prefix (not the full secret), and the reason. 5.5. Card refunds go back to the same card. Timing: 1 to 30 business days (issuing bank). 5.6. Free is not paid; no cash refund applies. ## 6. Restrictions 6.1. Prohibited: bypassing authentication or limits; attacking infrastructure; reselling access without a contract with the Licensor; using the API for unlawful activity. 6.2. The Licensee is solely responsible for trading decisions, strategies, and losses arising from API data. ## 7. Disclaimer 7.1. The API and data are provided “as is”. The Licensor does not warrant uptime, quote accuracy, indicator completeness, or fitness for a particular strategy. 7.2. Delays, disconnects, venue divergence, and scheduled maintenance may occur. ## 8. Liability 8.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Licensee for the relevant billing period. For Free that amount is zero. 8.2. The Licensor is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or trading results. ## 9. Personal data 9.1. Email and related data are processed under the Privacy Policy: https://market-oracle.pro/en/docs/privacy.md ## 10. Governing law and changes 10.1. The laws of the Russian Federation apply. Disputes — at the Licensor’s location, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. 10.2. The Licensor may update this agreement by publishing a new version on the site. Continued use of the API after publication means acceptance of the new version.
