This Privacy Policy (the Policy) is prepared under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and describes how we process and protect personal data of users (the User) of https://market-oracle.pro. 1.2. The Policy applies to personal data that may be obtained when you use the site and the Market Oracle API-key service. 1.3. By using the site and requesting an API key, the User confirms that they have read the Policy. ## 2. Personal data 2.1. Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. 2.2. We may process, in particular: email address; technical request data (IP address, date and time, UI language); information the User sends to the contact email. 2.3. We do not request passport data, SNILS, or card details when issuing a free key. 2.4. The site may use cookies and similar technologies for the page, UI language, and diagnostics. Cookies store device and session data, not card numbers. ## 3. Purposes 3.1. We process the User’s personal data in order to: - provide the services and information requested (email confirmation, issuing and servicing an API key); - perform the license agreement; - improve service quality; - inform about the service, plan changes, and terms (unless the User opted out); - comply with the laws of the Russian Federation. ## 4. Legal bases 4.1. Processing is based on: - the User’s consent; - performance of a contract (the license agreement) to which the User is a party; - other grounds provided by the laws of the Russian Federation. ## 5. User rights 5.1. The User has the right to: - access their personal data; - request rectification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data; - withdraw consent to processing. 5.2. Requests: support@market-oracle.pro. Withdrawing consent may make it impossible to keep providing the API key and related emails. ## 6. Protection 6.1. The site administration takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, or alteration. 6.2. Retention: while the API key is active and for a reasonable period after revocation, or as required by law (including accounting and claims). ## 7. Changes 7.1.
